Building, installation and commissioning as a filling- and welding machine for nuclear fuel parts. Additional equipments for safety and checking were implemented because of the nature of recycled nuclear material. The equipment is controlled by three Siemens PLCs. The PLCs communicate via different bus systems.
Visualization with COROS System and WF 470.
Checking of the process via redundant measurement systems and computers.

Heat treatment equipment (vacuum- and carbon hardening). These equipment developed for the automotive industry consist of an eight-chamber vacuum furnace, temper furnace, industrial washing machine, a transport system for weights more than 2000 pounds and all needed periphery. For controlling a PLC from Allan Bradley, RS Logix5000, version 8.2 was used. The subcommunication was done by Controlnet, Devicenet and Panelview. For the communication with the Intouch visualisation industrial ehternet was used.

Sputtersystem for fabrication of computer hard disc, equiped with 18 single cathods and integradted in an automatic production system under the conditions of clean room. The sputtersystem is mounted with a Siemens PLC. There are different buslevels connected to the pheriphery, to the transport system, to the visualisation PC and the interface of the environmental systems.
